Use of Services

Fulcrum Agentics provides operational workflow software and integration services, including the Hermes Shipping Provider. Services must be used only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable platform, carrier, and marketplace rules.

Merchant Responsibilities

• Provide accurate product, package, destination, and carrier data.
• Maintain required BigCommerce, carrier, and platform credentials.
• Review configuration changes before enabling them in production.
• Comply with carrier, tax, privacy, and shipping regulations.

Service Availability

We work to keep services available and reliable, but carrier APIs, commerce platforms, network providers, and merchant configuration can affect checkout behavior. We may update, suspend, or modify services when required for security, reliability, or platform compatibility.

No Resale of Data

We do not sell merchant or shopper data. Data processed by the Hermes Shipping Provider is used to operate the requested shipping workflow.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fulcrum Agentics is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages resulting from service use, carrier outages, platform outages, or incorrect merchant data.
