Overview

Fulcrum Agentics builds controlled operational workflows, including the Hermes Shipping Provider for BigCommerce. This policy explains how we handle information used to operate those services.

Information We Process

For shipping-provider workflows, we may process checkout, cart, product, shipping destination, package, and rate-request details needed to return a shipping quote. We may also process merchant contact information when a merchant requests support or connects an integration.

How We Use Information

• To calculate and return shipping rates.
• To validate provider connection settings.
• To troubleshoot service errors and support merchant requests.
• To maintain audit logs needed for operational reliability.

Sharing

We share shipping data only with service providers needed to complete the requested operation, such as carrier rating APIs. We do not sell merchant or shopper data.

Retention

We retain operational logs only as long as needed for support, audit, and reliability purposes, unless a longer period is required by law or a written merchant agreement.

Security

We use access controls, environment-managed credentials, and production logging practices intended to limit exposure of sensitive integration data. Merchants should not send secrets through public support channels.
